Our unique approach
Developed by an engineer: 10+ years lived experience
As a Chartered engineer and product leader, I have been there myself - and have worked with 300+ women in similar career paths. I teach actionable tools that I know will work.
Creating awareness not awkwardness
I teach principles that help understand the science behind confidence, power and influence - naturally creating awareness of challenges that women face, but never creating any animosity. Participants from all genders will be able to apply the tools to benefit their work.
Delivered and refined with 20+ networks and organisations
I have delivered these workshops for many different networks and organisations, including Arup, AWS startup women, We Are Tech Women, the UN's internal women's network, Women's Engineering Society, Stemazing, the London Women in Engineering Group.
