Why I built this
As Chartered Engineer and former VP Product, I spent over a decade in engineering and tech - often one of very few women in the room.
I had a lot of self-doubts and struggled to show my full potential. And because I couldn't see someone like me in the leadership rooms, I constantly thought I had to become someone else in order to become successful.
I can tell you now, that is not true. You need to understand the science behind confidence, influence and power. And you need to see how women leaders lead, so you can learn from them and see yourself doing so.
Earlier in my career, when I surrounded myself with senior women leaders, I got access to role models and their advice. That gave me the right environment and the ambition to grow and helped me to get to VP level and start my own business.
That's when I realised: ambition is contagious.
